"Krista M Worthington of Justin McCain State Farm was GOD sent. In 2023 I used Allstate for my car insurance. December 2023, I wanted to spend the month with my daughter, (who lived in a different state and was kicking Cancer in the but). However, since I am a senior, living on a fixed income, I couldn't pay for my plane ticket and car insurance. So, since the December payment was the last payment on my six-month car insurance policy, I asked if I could move the payment to the next month. Well, Allstate said "NO, you haven't been with us long enough, and you car insurance will cancel on December 26, 2023". My daughter paid my car insurance so that I would be able to spend the holidays with her. So, in January, I switched to State Farm. Fast forward to June 2024, this month I experienced financial difficulties and at the beginning of June let State Farm know my difficulties and that I would try to get the payment in before my insurance cancelled on June 26th. On June 25th before I could call State Farm, Krista M Worthington called me and said they had a program that could help me keep my insurance and allow me to catch up on my payments and my car insurance would not cancel. So, in my honest opinion, I feel that Allstate does not live up to their slogan, "YOU'RE IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE" so I would dump ALLSTATE and come to STATE FARM because STATE FARM "GOT YOUR BACK!" I know that is not their slogan, however, I feel that I AM actually in good hands with STATE FARM because they care about people instead of caring about money like ALLSTATE."
